"One of the best deals downtown. The food is very good and the prices are fair. I can see why they were very busy before the pandemic but now Downtown Rochester is a ghost town and they have very few customers. If you get a chance give them a try. I'd recommend the BLT club sandwich. Note: they are cash only, but they do have an ATM."

"Busy Bee is the best place to get breakfast in the city, hands down. It is cash-only, but the prices cannot bee beat. You can eat in or take out. Inside, you'll find a traditional diner setup: a counter with swivel stools and a few booths. The waitresses are all friendly and adorable and are well-acquainted with their regular customers. The gentlemen who run cook the meals (and own the place) are fantastic as well. I like to come here before work to grab a breakfast sandwich because the service is fast, the price is cheap ($0.92), and the food is absolutely delicious. Definitely a diamond in the rough that everybody should check out."

"Stepped back in time entering the Busy Bee this afternoon for lunch with my father-in-law, wife and sister-in-law. The prices are straight out of the 70s. A breakfast sandwich for $0.92. That’s not a typo, under a buck for an egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. I went with a Rochester tradition of the garage plate, well their version of it. Hot dogs. Fries. Chili. Mac salad and mustard and onions. Quite a meal. Father-in-law had the same meal he’s been having for 55 years. 2 eggs. Bacon (limp). Home fries and a tall glass of milk. We also had a grilled cheese and the 2-2-2 at our table and everything was spot-on. If diner food is what your craving. Don’t pass up on the Busy Bee ."

"Very cute diner with great service. Everyone was kind and the food was so good. My boyfriend had a western omelette and still has not stopped talking about it. I had the 2-2-2 and was pleasantly surprised about all the prices. Would recommend to all I know!"
